Incontri un giorno un caro Nonno. Era un Nonno come tanti altri, seduto su una panchina come tutte le altre persone, in uno dei paesi più belli del Gargano. Eppure c’era qualcosa di diverso in lui, mentre lo guardavo nei suoi occhi. Lui mi aspettava mi conosceva, ne era sicuro. Era tutto così strano. Si avvicinò con uno sguardo sereno dove mi raccontò la sua vita. Alzò lo sguardo dalla panchina, con gli occhi che brillarono improvvisamente. Quanto tempo è passato mi disse. Era pronto alle mie domande, io ragazzo curioso, amavo ascoltare la storia dei nostri antenati. Io li chiamo Nonni sono la storia la cultura della nostra Italia

One day you meet a dear Grandfather. He was a grandfather like many others, sitting on a bench like all the other people, in one of the most beautiful villages of the Gargano. Yet there was something different about him as I looked into his eyes. He was waiting for me, he knew me, he was sure of it. It was all so strange. He approached with a serene look where he told me about his life. He looked up from the bench, his eyes suddenly shining. How much time has passed he told me. He was ready for my questions, I was a curious boy, I loved to hear the story of our ancestors. I call them Grandparents are the history the culture of our Italy

Un jour, vous rencontrez un cher grand-père. C’était un grand-père comme beaucoup d’autres, assis sur un banc comme tous les autres, dans l’un des plus beaux villages du Gargano. Pourtant, il y avait quelque chose de différent chez lui alors que je le regardais dans les yeux. Il m’attendait, il me connaissait, il en était sûr. C’était tellement étrange. Il s’est approché avec un regard serein où il m’a raconté sa vie. Il leva les yeux du banc, ses yeux brillèrent soudainement. Combien de temps s’est écoulé, m’a-t-il dit. Il était prêt à répondre à mes questions, j’étais un garçon curieux, j’aimais entendre l’histoire de nos ancêtres. Je les appelle les grands-parents sont l’histoire la culture de notre Italie.
